Today, Glenwood welcomed job seekers to our RBT Hiring Event, giving prospective employees an opportunity to learn more about the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role, the certification process and career opportunities in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
The event brought together individuals interested in making a difference in the lives of children and adults while building a meaningful career. Attendees participated in an RBT role and certification mini-workshop, learned about training and competency requirements, met members of the Glenwood team and had the opportunity to interview on site.
The strong response to the event reflects the growing interest in careers that combine professional development with meaningful work. At Glenwood, our employees play an important role in helping individuals live life to their fullest potential.
Interested in joining the Glenwood team? You don’t have to be an RBT to get started. Glenwood offers opportunities across a variety of programs and services, with pathways for individuals at different stages of their careers.
