This year, Glenwood employees stepped away from their daily routines and joined organizations from across the Birmingham area for the Birmingham Corporate Challenge.
From dodgeball and pickleball to bowling and other events, team members embraced the opportunity to compete, connect, and enjoy time together outside of the workplace. While the competition brought plenty of fun and friendly rivalry, it also created opportunities for employees from different departments and programs to build relationships and strengthen teamwork.
At Glenwood, collaboration plays an important role in everything we do. The Corporate Challenge provided a chance for employees to get to know one another in a different setting, support their teammates, and represent Glenwood in the community.
The event also served as a reminder that strong organizations are built on strong relationships. Whether cheering from the sidelines or competing in an event, employees demonstrated the camaraderie, encouragement, and team spirit that help make Glenwood a special place to work.
