Goals of Junior Board:
To the Agency:
Reading minutes and reports, orientation, committee participation and board meeting participation.
Sharing knowledge and expertise, keeping informed of agency program and objectives, funding sources, community needs, asking questions or registering dissent, giving of time, suggesting potential Board and community members, giving a donation sometime during the year.
To the Community:
Interpret work of agency: attend meetings when asked, be agency spokesperson/advocate. Assess community needs: be alert to what is happening, be sure agency and its programs are relevant.
Learn-develop-grow through volunteer service and commitment.
