Glenwood featured on ABC33/40 for recruitment needs
Thank you to ABC 33/40 for telling our story about our recruitment needs!
We are looking to fill 100 positions that work with children and adults with autism. Starting positions only require a high school diploma, someone to be at least 18, and they must pass a background check. There are also opportunities to grow with the company.
“We do have things in place, where if you’re coming in we can get you started as a behavior teacher assistant or direct support professional and then get you trained to be a RBT registered patient technician,” said human resources recruiter Ashlin Grant.
Grant said the biggest challenge in recruiting is finding the right person. She said it’s hard work, but also rewarding.
“We want to make sure we have people that are here to take care of our individuals, they have a service heart and want to make a difference in the lives of individuals,” Grant Explained.
