Introducing the Lee Yount Legacy Award

This year’s celebration also introduced the Lee Yount Legacy Award, a new honor recognizing an individual whose leadership and service exemplify Glenwood’s Model of Care and Core Values of Compassion, Commitment and Community.

The inaugural award was presented to Deborah Lee Yount, former Glenwood CEO and current Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives.

Throughout her years at Glenwood, Lee has demonstrated compassion through his respect for the inherent worth of every person, commitment through his pursuit of quality, innovation and excellence, and community through his belief in collaboration and the power of connection.

The award recognizes that a lasting legacy is built not only through accomplishments, but through the values a person demonstrates and the people they inspire along the way.

Glenwood is proud to honor Lee with the inaugural Lee Yount Legacy Award and to celebrate all of this year’s Service Award recipients for the lasting difference they make in the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Congratulations to all of our honorees, and thank you for being an important part of Glenwood’s story and future.
