ABC 33/40 Visits Glenwood for a Day of Service
Glenwood was honored to welcome our friends from ABC 33/40 for a special Day of Service during Autism Acceptance Month. The news team joined several of our adult clients for a meaningful activity, painting wooden puzzle pieces that symbolize connection, inclusion, and individuality.
The room was filled with laughter, conversation, and vibrant colors as volunteers and Glenwood individuals worked side by side, each brushstroke telling a story of creativity and community. Every puzzle piece was hand-painted with care, reflecting the unique personalities and talents of the artists behind them.
These beautiful pieces of art will be available for purchase at Glenwood’s upcoming Power of Possibilities Luncheon & the 33rd Annual Ireland Legacy Golf Tournament on May 5, 2025. Proceeds from the puzzle piece sales will support Glenwood’s programs and services for individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs. Can’t wait to buy one? “The Day of Service with ABC 33/40 was a true reminder of the power of partnership and purpose,” said Justin Ragland, Glenwood Communications and Marketing Director. “We’re grateful for the time, energy, compassion and willingness to roll up their sleeves and engage directly with our community.”
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the ABC 33/40 team for making this day so special and for helping us raise awareness in such a hands-on, meaningful way.
