Christy Castleberry became President and CEO of Glenwood on October 1, 2024. She has worked over a quarter of a century for the organization in various roles, most recently as Chief of Staff. Christy has played a critical role in high-impact initiatives for Glenwood during her tenure, including the oversight of the organizational strategic plan, risk management plan, health services, program integrity, and community education. Her longest stint in a role at Glenwood has been in the Human Resources Department, where the organization has seen significant growth in its workforce increasing from 200 to more than 400 staff members. Christy holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Troy State University and a master’s degree in business management from Faulkner University. When not at work, you’ll find Christy enjoying family time, the outdoors and crafting.
