Power of Possibilities Luncheon Unites Community in Support of Glenwood Adult Programs

Birmingham, Ala. – May 2025 — Glenwood’s Power of Possibilities Luncheon was a moving celebration of generosity, inspiration, and community spirit. Held at the Old Overton Club, the event brought together supporters, partners, and friends to raise essential funds for Glenwood’s adult programs, which serve individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs.

This year’s luncheon highlighted the many ways our community can help individuals with autism thrive, while celebrating the strength and potential of every adult served through Glenwood’s programs. Guests were especially inspired by a heartfelt testimonial from Amy Wright, co-founder of Bitty & Beau’s Coffee, who shared her family’s story and the importance of inclusion, opportunity, and meaningful employment.

A special moment during the event featured several of Glenwood’s adult clients assembling a symbolic puzzle representing inclusion, demonstrating firsthand the beauty of connection, purpose, and possibility.

Glenwood extends heartfelt thanks to the Power of Possibilities Committee, whose dedication and leadership brought the event to life. Their hard work and passion made this year’s luncheon both impactful and memorable.

We are also deeply grateful to our generous sponsors, whose continued support fuels Glenwood’s mission and helps us reach more individuals and families across our community.

To relive the celebration, guests are invited to view the highlight reel and event photos.

Thanks to the collective support of the community, Glenwood is better positioned than ever to continue unlocking the potential in every individual we serve.
