Glenwood’s Community Waiver Program helps adults with autism live as independently as possible with services tailored to their unique goals. Participants receive support at home and in the community to build life skills and confidence.

Residential Programs
Safe, structured homes
for every stage.
We offer residential services for children, teens and adults with autism or behavioral health needs. Each home is staffed by trained professionals who support daily living, social skills development and individualized treatment plans — ensuring safety, stability and progress for each resident. Testing and Diagnosis
Glenwood provides comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health concerns and developmental delays, including Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Anxiety, for children as young as 18 months up to 21 years of age.
Behavioral Therapy Center
Located at our Avondale Campus, the Behavioral Therapy Center offers assessment, therapy, education and support from professionals trained in child and adolescent development and mental health. Services include individual and family counseling.
Mallie M. Ireland Children’s Center
Located at the Avondale Campus, this center provides full-time Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services, along with integrated speech and occupational therapies, to help children develop new skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
Allan Cott School for Autism
As Glenwood’s founding program, the Allan Cott School has been a cornerstone of specialized education for more than 50 years. Serving students ages 6-21 with autism and intellectual disabilities, the school offers individualized academic instruction in a structured, supportive environment.
Day Programs
Glenwood’s Day Programs for adults with autism provide individualized programming within a community setting, emphasizing social skills development, independent living skills, health and fitness support, vocational preparation and engagement in fine arts and music.
Training for Educators
Glenwood offers a variety of courses that equip educators, professionals and parents with research-based tools to support individuals with autism and other behavioral health needs.
Training for Organizations
Glenwood provides training for teachers, parents, social workers and other service professionals to enhance their skills in working with individuals with mental health concerns. Specialized training seminars and hands-on instruction can be tailored to specific organizational needs.
