Standard Shipping: Shipments to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states are shipped FedEx Ground. Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, international and bulk shipping, please call for a quote.
We cannot be responsible addresses: We must have current, complete and correct addresses to guarantee delivery. If an order is returned to our warehouse, due to an incorrect address, there will be an additional $8.00 charge to re-ship to a corrected address.
2nd Day or Express Shipping: Please call for shipping quote on 2nd Day or Express.
Gift Greeting: Your personal message will be printed on an attractive shipping label, please limit greeting to the space provided. If you would like to provide a personal or business card, we will be happy to add that to your gift.
Acknowledgments: All orders are promptly acknowledged. Please keep your acknowledgements for your records.
Credit Card Orders: We process orders immediately; therefore, you may receive your credit card bill before the product has shipped.

Do you ship year around? No, all of our pecans at the “first shake” of the tree. You can purchase our “Pecans for Autism”, benefitting, Glenwood, Autism and Behavioral Health Center, from November 1st – January 5th of each year.
Do you ship to a P.O. Box? Yes, all P.O. Box orders are shipped FedEx Smart Post.
How do I change my address for a catalog? Please email Shanda Daniel at email@example.com, or call 205-795-3211.
How can I be sure that my package will arrive in time for Christmas? For guaranteed Christmas delivery, all orders must be received by December 13th.
What are your shipping policies? All orders are processed within 2 business days after the order is received and are shipped FedEx ground, unless otherwise specified. Deferred shipments are shipped to arrive per your request.
