Glenwood Alumni Reunion Luncheon
On Thursday former Glenwood employees gathered for a reunion luncheon on the Avondale campus.
Commitment to Glenwood of these attendees ranged from seventeen years to forty. Some of the participants had not connected in over seven years since retirement. The former employees enjoyed a catered lunch and discussed what they cherished most about their time working at Glenwood. Many stories included how rewarding their time was and how they loved every day supporting the autism community and Daniel House program. A popular answer to “what is your favorite thing about being retired?” was spending time with their grandchildren.
